At Singtel, I serve as the security governance point of contact for Singtel-managed SATS infrastructure. I coordinate security matters across technical teams and review hardening standards against SATS requirements and frameworks including CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.
As a Security Analyst at Singtel, I investigated escalated security alerts and correlated events across SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, and endpoint security platforms. I also developed a Python-based administration tool for Devo SIEM that saved analysts hours of manual effort on false-positive cases.
At Makino Asia, I developed and maintained Windows-based CNC controller applications using C# and WPF, and led the migration from TFS to Git. At Jobtech Pte Ltd, I developed Java APIs and data migration pipelines and led customer implementation projects.
My independent contributions at Jobtech Pte Ltd included optimizing a skill-matching recommendation system from 5–10 minutes to 1–5 seconds and implementing a Trie-based search system that reduced database traffic by about 30%. I'm completing a B.Sc. in Applied Computing at Singapore Institute of Technology.
