What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen enterprise IT support operations, improve service delivery and SLA performance, and manage Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and asset lifecycles for a distributed workforce.

I'm currently a Systems Administrator and Tier 2 IT Support professional at CloudIT Systems Admin, resolving 120+ monthly incidents and service requests while meeting SLA targets. I administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune across onboarding, access management, licensing, and endpoint compliance.

Previously, I led a 15-member offshore service desk at GMI supporting 1,200+ users, owning ticket triage, escalations, SLA reporting, user provisioning, device deployment, and knowledge-base documentation. At Valor Global, I led frontline IT service delivery for 1,000+ users across Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Active Directory, Exchange, and VPN.

I bring 15 years of prior operations management experience in staff supervision, vendor management, procurement, asset lifecycle management, and P&L accountability. I enjoy coaching support teams, improving resolution consistency, and keeping distributed IT operations secure and dependable.
