I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. My journey began in high school, where I developed a strong foundation in working with customers across various industries. I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership, making me a valuable asset in any team.

During my time at Amazon Fulfillment Center, I managed customer interactions and resolved issues related to damaged items, ensuring a smooth experience for all. My role at Dutch Bros allowed me to take on additional responsibilities as a shift lead, where I oversaw stock management and ordering, further enhancing my leadership capabilities. I have also worked in food service at Wendy's and Subway, where I learned the importance of teamwork and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
