What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote role in sales, customer support or technical support. I bring 3+ years of phone, email and chat experience with US companies: selling to prospects, troubleshooting customer issues and seeing every case through. Based in Ethiopia (UTC+3) and happy to work US or EU hours, including nights and weekends.

I have 3+ years of experience combining sales and technical support for US-based companies. I'm comfortable on the phone, over email and in live chat: qualifying and selling to prospects, troubleshooting customer issues, and following every case through to a clear outcome.

Most recently, I worked in high-ticket sales and support for Frontend Simplified, an online tech education program. Before that, I worked in B2B sales for a business brokerage and handled shareholder outreach for a proxy voting firm. I have a degree in Information Science, pick up new software quickly, and keep CRM and ticket records accurate.
