I’m looking for a high-volume RCM role where I can own payment posting and denial workflows, drive process quality and compliance, and collaborate with a team to consistently exceed productivity and turnaround benchmarks.

I’m a results-driven Senior Process Executive with 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), specializing in payment posting, denial management, and process quality control. I’m known for optimizing workflows, communicating clearly across teams, and delivering against client SLAs in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

In non-voice basis denial processes, I review and resolve basis denial cases by analyzing claim discrepancies, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and maintaining high accuracy and turnaround standards. I also handle payments end-to-end—posting various insurance and patient payments, researching overpayments and patient credit balances, and supporting refunds with documentation for timely supervisor updates.

Across my roles, I’ve worked with tools including Umed, GSP Pro, Touch stone, and platforms such as EOBs and Inergy to raise clarifications when issues arise (e.g., scanning issues, unclear EOBs, banking errors, invalid patient/insurance details). I’ve also contributed to team performance through quality checks, batching/allocating work by volume, and acting as an auditor to share error feedback—earning a “Star of the month” award for delivering high-volume tasks with outstanding quality.
