What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collaborative role where I can develop my skills, support customers or users effectively, and bring value to the organization through responsible, honest work.

I've supported global users and foreign agencies with reservations, finances, profiles, and platform troubleshooting.

At Trueblue India LLP, I handled customer queries through live chat, verified foreign documents, and processed background checks and drug screenings.

At Concentrix, I assisted users across the globe with reservation and finance-related questions on their profiles. At Grasko Solutions Private Limited, I supported agencies with profile issues and platform troubleshooting, including Hospice-related issues.

Before moving into support, I taught English at Luit Valley Academy and Heera Academy Senior Secondary School, including spoken English classes. I'm a lifelong learner who values collaboration, responsibility, and constructive feedback.
