I’m looking for a high-volume customer support role where I can troubleshoot confidently, coach others, and keep quality high—especially in a remote environment with clear standards and opportunities to grow.

I’m a customer service professional with leadership experience and a strong background in high-volume support environments. I’m recognized for accuracy, clear communication, and staying effective under pressure while supporting customers end-to-end.

In my most recent role as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, I managed high-volume inbound customer calls in a remote call center environment, providing clear guidance and troubleshooting for TurboTax users. I documented customer interactions thoroughly and maintained confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and financial information.

Previously, I served as Bar and Staff Director and later as a Server/Trainer and Bar Manager/Lead Trainer at Chuy’s Tex Mex and Burger and Bordeaux.
