I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. I focus on building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

In my current role, I manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple business units. I source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media, then screen and evaluate them based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and communication abilities.

I partner closely with hiring managers and technical panels to coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews. I also handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and both pre-onboarding and post-onboarding activities to support smooth employee integration.

I bring structure to hiring through recruitment reporting and analytics. I maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, generate weekly and monthly hiring reports, and share hiring metrics—along with joining data, salary records, and workforce analytics—with HR and Finance teams.
