What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior technical talent acquisition leadership role in a SaaS company, where I can build and scale hiring engines for product engineering, data, AI/ML, cloud, and leadership teams.

I've built and scaled technical talent acquisition at SpectraMedix, a Healthcare AI SaaS company, from a one-person function into a seven-member India-US team. I hired across Data Engineering, AI/ML, MLOps, Cloud, product engineering, leadership, and GTM while reducing time-to-fill from about 90 days to 30–45 days.

Across SpectraMedix, GlobalHunt, IndiHire, and EWOasis, I've led full-cycle product and technology recruitment, executive search, workforce planning, technical screening, and recruiting operations. I also build AI-enabled recruiting products, including Hiring Engine, TA Jobs India, and TalentCore.
