I'm currently resolving software and IT helpdesk issues at ORFUS India Private Limited, supporting end users through calls, chat, and email.

I log, track, troubleshoot, and close tickets within defined SLAs, while documenting resolutions and maintaining knowledge-base articles for recurring issues.

Previously at Wipro, I edited and reviewed GIS maps across geometry, road names, and places while meeting client targets for production, quality, and utilization. My project contributions earned me the High Fly Award for best performance, quality, teamwork, and delivery.

I also completed a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and worked on a MATLAB-based glaucoma-stage classification project using an SVM classifier that reported 99% accuracy for early-stage detection.
