I’m a strategic operations leader focused on rapid-scale clinic launches and multi-site management. I bridge high-level strategy with boots-on-the-ground execution to build operational infrastructure from zero to open for business while protecting clinical excellence.

I’ve orchestrated the end-to-end launch of 10 new clinical locations within a 24-month period, meeting regulatory and timeline targets. I also developed a New Site Playbook to standardize faster clinic launches and create repeatable operational momentum.

In my current role, I lead new clinic launch efforts by managing vendor relations, facility logistics, and cross-functional team coordination, and I manage daily operations across existing sites. Previously, I managed facility operations and staff performance in a high-intensity environment, driving member retention through service excellence and disciplined environment management while leading high-energy group fitness classes.
