What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations and learning delivery, improve processes through SOPs/RCA, and mentor teams—using my HR/L&D and admissions background to drive measurable impact and growth.

I’m a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Operations and Learning & Development professional with over 8.5 years of experience across onboarding, learning delivery, admissions management, and publishing support. I’m known for strong leadership, team oversight, and staff development that improves operational efficiency and outcomes.

At Deloitte Consulting India, I joined as an Advisory Analyst III supporting US delivery sessions (virtual and DU programs) and converted from contractor to FTE within 6 months. I acted as a bridge between faculty and participants—building breakout rooms, launching polling questions, and managing time—while owning my EHOB (Experienced Hire OnBoarding) portfolio and managing pre/post tasks like memos, evaluation requests, and faculty access. I also contributed to SOP drafting and RCA analysis for process improvements, trained backup professionals, and supported additional portfolios during high-volume periods.

Earlier, at GUS Education, I handled admissions decisions by determining admissibility, credit transferability, and residency for UK-based universities, and I prepared reports and proposals responding to student and agency inquiries. Before that, at Thomson Reuters, I was an Associate Publishing Specialist in an editorial team focused on research and legal finding aids—transitioning work from New York to Hyderabad for 15+ verticals, updating customer-ready data via the Phoenix Repository, and initiating Quality Management Systems. Alongside my corporate work, I volunteer with Care & Share Charitable Trust—creating sponsorship databases, delivering MS Excel/PowerPoint learning for 10th graders, and organizing staff development through training and workshops.
