Founded and led Haderak, a recruiting and TA services practice covering IC to C-level roles across Engineering, Product, G&A, and GTM, including ML/AI, semiconductors, healthtech/biotech, security, and SaaS. Built early traction with a profitable start within three months and the first $200k client within the first year, driven by organic inbound and referrals.

Managed global recruiting across departments and offices in New York, Berlin, Austin, and Copenhagen. Rebuilt the internal recruiting team, partnered with People Ops on internal mobility, and administered ATS plus agency vendor relationships.

Managed global GTM recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Success, and G&A roles across London, San Francisco, and New York. Placed nearly half of the company’s permanent headcount prior to leaving and managed recruiting vendors, recruiting platforms, and ATS operations.
