I’m the founder and CEO of Haderak, where I lead recruiting and managed services as a solo practice built for impact. I recruit IC to C-level across Engineering, Product, G&A, and GTM, spanning verticals like ML (applied, research, engineering), semiconductors, healthtech, biotech, security, and SaaS.
Before Haderak, I led global recruiting at Braze (formerly Appboy) and LiveIntent, and I took on recruiting leadership during major growth moments—including fractional recruiting for MatX after its Seed round. I’ve also built recruiting capability across agency, RPO, and in-house environments, including ATS administration and TA operations consulting.
I’ve founded and scaled PopShop and Haderak with a strong bias toward execution: PopShop was self-financed and profitable within three months, and Haderak developed its first $200k client within the first year. Today, I drive new business through organic inbound and referrals, deliver ATS implementation work with partners like Greenhouse, Ashby, and Employ’s brands, and build on-demand recruiting tools using Claude Code and Cursor.
