What I'm looking for

I'm seeking IT Officer, IT Support, Systems Administration, or Cybersecurity roles, particularly in international and growth-oriented environments.

At Global Leaf Tobacco, I delivered real-time IT support during active marketing periods, helping a team of close to 10 staff maintain uninterrupted operations.

I diagnosed hardware, software, and connectivity issues across 8 devices and 2 workstations, resolving an average of three issues daily. I also maintained office equipment and worked with operations teams to keep day-to-day business processes running smoothly.
