What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a safety-first rail operations or governance role where I can lead high-pressure delivery, investigate delays, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost, and compliance through data-led decision-making.

I am a seasoned railway operations manager with significant experience in planning, executing, and leading projects and teams within budget and deadlines, while keeping safety and efficiency at the core. I focus on delay investigation and attribution, producing clear reports and recommendations to support both executive and frontline decisions.

Across my roles at Network Rail, I have led stakeholder engagement, negotiated commercial and contractual terms, and managed performance against budgets, milestones, and deliverables. I’ve introduced new practices to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve compliance across GRIP/ PACE lifecycle, and drive lean process improvement through data capture, root-cause analysis, and structured governance.
