Earlier at Standard Life and Phoenix Group, I supported governance, assurance, management information, risk monitoring and board-level reporting across multiple initiatives.
I also bring operational leadership from Provident and HRH Ltd, where I managed customer operations, teams, budgets, compliance and process improvement. At HRH Ltd, I managed up to 15 staff and delivered year-on-year profit increases through business development.
