I’m looking for remote, part-time, interim, or project-based opportunities where I can stabilise operations, strengthen compliance and governance, support employee relations, investigate incidents, and improve multi-site processes.

I’ve led fuel logistics and operations for Watson Fuels, Axis Logistics, and Greenergy, stabilising complex multi-site environments across the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.

At Watson Fuels, I led operations across nine depots, delivered safety and compliance improvements, managed third-party logistics, and implemented risk-controlled work processes. I also delivered transformation projects across 11 sites, achieved FORS accreditation, led incident investigations, and supported employee relations cases.

I’m available for remote, part-time, interim, and project-based work supporting HR operations, compliance audits, process improvement, incident investigation, and operational delivery.
