I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in customer service, team leadership, and educational support. I’m currently pursuing an Associate of Business Administration while planning to complete a Bachelor’s in Human Resources.

In my receptionist role, I serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors—managing calls, emails, and in-person inquiries while scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference room use. I handle escalated calls professionally, maintain confidentiality, and support smooth day-to-day office operations through organization and attention to detail.

Previously, I delivered personalized support as a Beauty Advisor & Cashier (seasonal), resolving customer complaints, assisting with product questions, and managing cash transactions and inventory while maintaining organized store displays. I also contribute as an AVID Tutor, providing academic support across subjects and strengthening study skills, accountability, and motivation—alongside completing HR-related training through LinkedIn Learning.
