I’m a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator with 12+ years of enterprise IT experience, focused on Exchange Online administration, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and Microsoft Purview compliance. I plan and execute complex M365 migrations with near-zero downtime through disciplined DNS and service reconfiguration.

In my current role, I administer my Microsoft 365 tenant—supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Purview compliance settings. I also manage domain configurations, user lifecycle, licensing, and mailbox permissions, while building PowerShell scripts to automate administrative reporting and day-to-day operations.

Previously, as Principal Systems Administrator, I led full M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations (25 users, 6TB data) using BitTitan MigrationWiz and Sharegate. I handled Exchange Online reconfiguration, mail flow rules, mailbox permissions, hybrid configurations, and transport rules, while coordinating DNS cutover and domain verification to keep business disruption minimal.

I work especially well in compliance-driven environments, supporting SOX, NERC/CIP, and ISO requirements with strong documentation and communication. I’ve designed governance structures across data classification, retention policies, DLP, and eDiscovery workflows, and I maintain change records in Atlassian Confluence/Jira.
