At Enable Midstream Partners, I led the migration of approximately 2,500 users to the cloud ahead of schedule. I built the Microsoft 365 framework and used PowerShell automation and identity management to reduce user support needs.
I partnered with IT security on data loss prevention, threat management, and compliance monitoring. I also supported MFA and SSO/SAML implementations and handled confidential eDiscovery with Human Resources and Legal.
At SHI International Corp., I collaborated with client IT departments to plan and implement Office 365 cloud migrations, performed data migrations, and conducted environmental health assessments. At Sprout Mortgage, I migrated Office 365 environments, including two tenants, and moved file shares to SharePoint.
Most recently, I provided senior-level IT support in a contract role at Integration Technologies Inc. My experience also includes onsite support across multiple charter school locations at Wired Technology Partners and IT operations at Agendia.
