At Charter Schools USA, I delivered a live payroll GL feed for Schools pay groups across four states by validating GL mapping into Snowflake and NetSuite with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering.
I supported the transition of HR and payroll operations for 9,000+ employees from ADP Vantage to ADP Lyric, including requirements, UAT, data conversion validation, and go-live readiness. I also validated employee data flow from Lyric into Okta.
At Audacy, Inc., I kept four vendor file feeds running for Vanguard 401(k), PlanSource, iCIMS, and Brainshark. I also built a SQL script in Microsoft SQL Server to reconcile PlanSource benefits data against UKG in both directions.
Across these roles, I’ve worked hands-on with HRIS integrations, data migration, audits, and technical documentation. I hold a B.S. in Project Management & Information Systems from the University of Maine and am fluent in English and Spanish.
