What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior HRIS/payroll role where I can strengthen data integrity and SOX compliance, own HRIS/payroll integrations, and lead system improvements across Workday/UKG/ADP to support accurate, scalable payroll.

I’m a Senior HRIS and payroll systems professional with deep experience in full-cycle payroll processing, HRIS administration, payroll tax compliance, and enterprise system implementations.

I’ve supported multi-state and international payroll operations for organizations up to 20,000 employees, partnering across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting to keep reconciliations accurate and reporting reliable.

In my current role, I maintain the interface between UKG Core and UKG Dimensions, improve HRIS data integrity through ongoing query analysis and auditing, and support upgrades, testing, and release communications. I also handle SOX-related user testing and system security/access support.

I’m hands-on with integrations, data import processes, and documentation that makes internal business processes easier to run and understand. I’ve also led payroll system conversions (Workday HCM/Payroll, UKG/Kronos timekeeping, and ADP wage payments) and supervised a small team of payroll processors to deliver weekly payroll operations.
