Managed 20+ key stakeholder accounts from pharmaceutical and academic research institutions and increased usership across 10 companies. Introduced prospective clients to single-cell, spatial, and bulk RNA-seq analytics by performing short analyses of publicly available data.

Deployed an RShiny app to automate qPCR expression analysis and added statistical testing to standardize downstream data analysis. Used a deep learning model to predict network regulators in urea cycle disorder to support new research questions for top drug candidates.

Identified candidate methylomic biomarkers of rheumatoid arthritis by analyzing methylation microarray datasets. Used AWS (S3 and EC2) for data storage and large-dataset manipulation, and applied regression and machine learning to build a classification model.

Analyzed confocal images of immunofluorescent cells and performed statistical quantification using ImageJ. Cloned 50+ recombinant proteins to support proximity labeling analysis over the course of a year.

Performed transient and stable transduction of mammalian cells using lentiviral vectors. Maintained five mammalian cell lines for use in downstream experiments.
