What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role where I can lead computational strategy for multi-omic and immunology projects, build reproducible pipelines, mentor teammates, and drive translational impact in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

I am a computational biologist with deep expertise in single-cell and spatial multi-omics, immunology, and interpretable machine learning. I focus on integrating multi-modal data to generate actionable biological insights that support therapeutic discovery.

I've built scalable, modular analysis pipelines (Snakemake, Nextflow) and developed Python and R tools that improved throughput and annotation accuracy across teams. My work has expanded single-cell reference atlases and streamlined analytic workflows used in production.

I have led and supervised small computational teams, partnered closely with wet-lab scientists, and guided experimental and sequencing design for low-input and complex assays. My research has been published in Nature Immunology, JCI, JACI, and ACS Nano.

I seek to apply rigorous modeling (scVI/scANVI, CNNs, XGBoost) and reproducible pipeline engineering to translational problems, enabling target identification and biomarker strategies that accelerate clinical programs.
