At F.R.E.S.H. New London, I developed a leadership pipeline for youth and staff and mentored program teams as they carried out initiatives grounded in the organization’s and community’s values.

As Senior Program Manager, I supported the executive director, managed grant fulfillment and program evaluations, and helped create seasonal programs that encouraged youth to become leaders in a culturally diverse community. I also collaborated with social and food justice organizations on community programs and events.

Most recently, I was Bremerton Branch Manager at Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound, overseeing daily operations for a youth development organization serving approximately 60 youth daily. I designed programs supporting academic, social, and leadership development, and supervised and developed staff.
