My experience spans SaaS implementation, client consulting, digital communications, and project delivery. I’ve worked directly with clients since 2002, including numerous nonprofits, translating their goals and subject-matter expertise into effective communications. I’ve also led technology implementation for a nonprofit membership organization, from evaluating solutions and configuring a platform to migrating data and preparing users for adoption. At Travis County, I produced more than 100 public and internal communications video projects, coordinating people and requirements through delivery.
I’m comfortable learning new technology, asking questions, clarifying complex needs, and working with people to get results. My nonprofit leadership experience in technology, communications, and fundraising also gives me an understanding of the practical challenges mission-driven organizations face.
I’m interested in remote opportunities where I can combine technical aptitude, client relationships, problem-solving, and project coordination to help organizations use technology effectively and accomplish their goals.
