What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leaders on workforce transformation, organisational design, employee relations, and people strategies that build capability and align teams with business priorities.

I've supported workforce transformation and operating-model change at NBN Australia, MCM, Turner & Townsend, and CPA Australia, partnering with executives and senior leaders across ANZ and Asia. At CPA Australia, I supported operating-model implementation across eight departments and 500 staff.

I've managed end-to-end employee relations, including performance, misconduct, grievances, investigations, enterprise agreements, and flexible work arrangements. My background also includes HR operations and HRIS implementation at Pfizer ANZ and Rabobank, including PeopleSoft and Workday deployments.
