I’m an HR and administration professional with 10+ years of experience supporting employees and business leaders across Australia, India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. I partner with managers to deliver practical people solutions across the full employee lifecycle—recruitment through to separation—while keeping workplace practices aligned to the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and Modern Awards.

In my current role as an HR & Administration Lead, I provide end-to-end HR advisory and day-to-day support, coordinate onboarding and employee documentation, and support payroll processing through accurate timesheets, leave records, and HR data validation. Previously, as Head – Human Resources & Administration, I led HR operations globally, managed performance and probation processes, produced HR dashboards (recruitment, attrition, headcount, workforce metrics), and strengthened consistency through HR policies, SOPs, HRIS data integrity, and compliance-focused HR reporting. I’m especially motivated by building positive workplace culture, improving HR processes through continuous improvement, and handling employee relations with a clear, solution-oriented approach.
