What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute practical, people-centred HR advice and operations in a community-focused workplace, supporting employee experience, compliance, engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

At Hampshire Property Group, I coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR operations across 80+ sites, supporting more than 800 employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

I administer Employment Hero, maintain people data and workforce reporting, and coordinate compliance processes including screening, right-to-work verification, RSA documentation, leave and probation.

Previously at HumanKapital, I supported clients with employee relations, performance, recruitment, policy, workforce reporting and people projects. I bring sound judgement to workplace matters and build trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders.

I also lead employee recognition, culture, wellbeing and DEI initiatives that strengthen belonging and employee experience. My background in psychological science informs my people-centred approach to HR.
