I created and maintain an automated Excel dashboard that tracks pipeline activity, gender representation, and time spent in each stage. I also supported the implementation of Workday through testing, data validation, issue logging, and template creation.

At Goldman Sachs, I managed high-volume recruitment operations across global technology teams, coordinating over 1,000 interviews while delivering within 24 hours. I also created SharePoint and Excel dashboards to report hiring activity and trends.
