At Vertiv Colombia SAS, I managed employee lifecycle processes from recruitment and onboarding through training, development, wellbeing, and offboarding. I also coordinated regional Human Resources processes across six Latin American countries.

I led regional corporate wellbeing initiatives, language programs, and social responsibility efforts that reached more than 400 employees. I also implemented and coordinated a mentoring program supporting the development of more than 25 employees.

At Corporación Monelit SAS, I contributed to creating and structuring the Human Resources area. I designed and organized processes for recruitment, hiring, training, wellbeing, and personnel administration.

I started at Vertiv Colombia SAS as a Human Resources Intern, supporting recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, internal communications, and document management for employees in Colombia. I hold a master's degree in People Management and Leadership from Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), and I'm motivated to continue developing professionally and positively impact organizations.
