I’m looking for a role where I can own delivery and client outcomes—building scalable operating models, strengthening governance, and driving renewals and expansion through cross-functional execution and clear team performance cadence.

I’m a Delivery Operations & Client Services leader with 7+ years optimizing post-sales delivery in technology and services organizations. I’m known for strengthening operational rigor, cross-functional execution, and revenue predictability across enterprise service engagements.

In my current role as Client Operations & Delivery Manager (May 2022–Present), I owned post-sales relationships for 13+ enterprise accounts, leading hiring strategy, delivery alignment, renewals, and expansion. I led revenue growth & expansion delivery operations supporting $10M+ ARR and contributed to $20M+ in total revenue milestones over four Support years.

I design scalable delivery operating models that improve project handoffs, resource coordination, and execution speed. I also coordinate contract & SOW negotiation to align delivery scope and governance, while partnering across leaders to identify risks early and mitigate execution issues.

I build teams and operating cadence by establishing clearer roles, performance cadences, and review frameworks for Customer Success and Delivery teams. By strengthening delivery governance and resource planning, I help teams improve consultant utilization, increase client retention, and sustain operational excellence while aligning capacity to incoming demand.
