At Ogun State Agricultural Development (OGADEP), I manage a SQL database of client and laboratory service records and create customer-facing and internal reports using Microsoft Excel. My work has improved service transparency and reduced processing errors.
I also resolve service issues between laboratory operations and production stakeholders, support quality assurance documentation, and contribute to process improvements. Earlier, at AB & TEEZ Phone Empire, I handled customer inquiries, orders, and post-sale support.
