At monday.com, I design and facilitate global training programs for CX agents and lead customer journey simulations that improve bot containment, reduce chat handle time, and strengthen agent delight.

I've also managed enterprise and at-risk customer accounts, combining technical troubleshooting with proactive discovery to maintain high delight and resolution rates. My cross-functional impact earned me an early promotion to Manager and the CX Champion Award.

Previously at BrainStation, I built the end-to-end instructor training and onboarding program, raising student-rated instructor quality by 14%. I coached more than 200 instructors through feedback and performance conversations while helping expand class sizes and program reach.

My foundation is in education: I designed STEM curriculum for middle school students, improved passing rates through data-driven intervention, and facilitated trauma-informed behavior-support development for educators. I bring a Master of Education, curriculum design, instructional design, and learner-centered facilitation to technology and learning environments.
