I support founders operationally while building content systems that keep products and messaging coherent at scale. I’m a versatile remote professional with 4 years of Executive Assistant and Operations experience, plus 2+ years as a UX Writer and Content Designer.
In my current role as a UX Operations and Content Specialist at HairTalk, I act as an operational and content hub for the founder, managing projects, auditing digital initiatives, and overseeing a 20+ article content library end-to-end.
I bridge design and engineering teams, translating brand vision into actionable task pipelines, and I designed content architecture, brand voice guidelines, and microcopy for the platform’s e-commerce experience.
I don’t wait to be told what is needed—I anticipate it, build it, and own it. Before this, at iseSchool I built UX writing and content design infrastructure from scratch across 150+ screens, created the first internal Content Style Guide, optimised onboarding flow, and grew newsletter subscribers from 190 to 200 through subject line A/B testing.
Earlier, as an Executive Virtual Assistant and Operations Lead for a Web3 and Metaverse startup, I supported the CEO across US time zones and built an Impact vs Effort prioritisation framework adopted during fundraising.
