I’m looking for a role where I can own social media strategy, improve customer response, and support sales growth. I want a team that values data-backed decisions, brand consistency, and continuous improvement through new marketing ideas.

I’m a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with proven experience in social media management, customer service, and sales. I develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue.

At Dalkeith Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, I managed customer inquiries across digital platforms, improving customer satisfaction and response efficiency. I collaborated with the marketing team to create social media strategies, ensured accuracy and brand alignment of digital content, and monitored social media trends to introduce new ideas that increased engagement.

I also coordinated with sales teams and product managers to meet customer expectations, while representing the company in marketing discussions and strategy meetings.
