What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote part-time or project-based work in ERP/CRM support, SaaS operations, automation, or integrations where I can troubleshoot issues, improve processes, document solutions, and work closely with technical teams.

At SISTEC Sistemas y Tecnología, I handle ERP/CRM incidents from diagnosis and evidence gathering through functional testing, fix validation, and clear communication with users and internal teams.

I also create documentation for administrative, commercial, accounting, billing, inventory, purchasing, and ERP configuration processes. I built a custom Python tool that structures, validates, and generates formatted technical documentation, reducing manual work and standardizing deliverables.

Through INERTI, I design business automations with n8n, REST APIs, webhooks, AI agents, WhatsApp/Meta, and Telegram. I manage production infrastructure for n8n, databases, and Chatwoot on a VPS while studying Business Engineering.
