At Bicom Tecnología, I built an operational KPI dashboard and an automatic-printing tool for the ERP's POS module. I also ran QA tests on payment integrations and supported the ERP's modules and APIs.
I use HubSpot CRM daily and support n8n automation workflows for email processing and data extraction. I also handle calls as an end user of an IP telephony (SIP) platform.
For Velvet Wallet, my capstone project with a two-person team, I helped build a personal finance app with a TF-IDF expense classifier, recurring-expense detection, and savings-goal projections. My personal projects also include Drake Launcher, a desktop app for managing and launching content, and Creature Explorer, an interactive catalog using a public REST API.
