What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine industrial/operations leadership with Data Science & AI to digitize workflows, automate decision-making, and deliver measurable efficiency gains—working with teams that value modernization and practical deployment.

I’m an Industrial Engineer who brings operational optimization, automation, and digital transformation together to modernize day-to-day industrial work. I’ve led process digitization across agricultural operations, improving cycle times, traceability, and control while replacing “tribal knowledge” with reliable data visibility.

As Head of Administration, Operations & Technology (2019–2025), I drove end-to-end ERP implementation (Finnegans)—from requirements gathering and process design to configuration, data migration, and user training. I also standardized procurement, sales, inventory, and grain dispatch with structured workflows and end-to-end traceability, including a work-order system for operational tasks.

I built practical tooling to accelerate adoption and impact: Excel + VBA livestock inventory tracking for 1,000+ head, a grain inventory control system with lot-level traceability across sites, and ERP-to-spreadsheet consolidation using Power Query + APIs. I’m now expanding my profile with formal Data Science & AI training (The Bridge 2025), developing ML/deep learning models and deploying data products with Docker, Flask, and Streamlit—because I want modernization and efficiency to be both operationally sound and analytically driven.
