Data Analyst turning operational problems into decision-ready analytics.
What I'm looking for
I’m a process engineer turned data professional with 8+ years of cross-functional experience, and a strong belief that data is only as good as the decisions it enables. I like the full arc—from understanding the business problem, to building models and pipelines, to translating outputs into clear stakeholder action.
Over the last two years at Johnson & Johnson, I built analytical models, data pipelines, and monitoring systems that generated ~€700K in annual savings and prevented ~$1.5M in product loss. I’ve worked closely with both technical and non-technical teams, presenting insights that directly informed operational and strategic decisions—especially in complex, regulated environments.
In my current role as Digital & Technology Data Analyst | Simulation Modeler, I maintain capacity-planning and simulation portfolios using Simio Digital Twin, develop Databricks pipelines, and deliver decision support via Power BI and monitoring dashboards. I also bring an applied-analytics mindset (including my Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science & Advanced Analytics) and thrive in Agile execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Maintains analytical and Simio digital twin simulation models for capacity planning across multiple supply chain areas, generating ~€700K in annual savings through resource optimization. Built decision-support analytics for major CAPEX investment, launched the site’s first oxygen/utilities model, and developed Power BI compliance dashboards supported by Databricks data pipelines and Agile (Jira) d
Led a cross-functional knowledge transfer project between MSAT and Engineering by structuring process data and documentation to improve accessibility and reuse. Served as departmental lead for New Product Introduction (NPI), coordinating timelines, tracking key metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Process Analytics Data Scientist
Feb 2024 - Jun 2025 (1 year 4 months)
Developed a statistical monitoring model (RT-MVA) to detect anomalous manufacturing batch behavior, preventing ~$1.5M in product loss and triggering root-cause investigations. Built Python/SQL sensor data pipelines to estimate tank volume, automated reporting workflows, and supported Databricks pipeline architecture improvements across systems.
Led a team of 5 to remediate 400+ temperature monitoring reports as part of a corrective action program, rolling out a new monitoring methodology to maintain equipment performance under validated conditions. Designed the company’s first liquid nitrogen equipment validation process and served as SME for temperature-controlled unit qualification, presenting to internal and external auditors with con
Process Engineer
Galileo Technologies S.A.
Jan 2020 - Mar 2021 (1 year 2 months)
Designed the company’s first adsorption tower from first principles through a multi-month research and engineering effort, delivering the solution to international clients. Produced detail engineering for biogas, LNG, and CNG projects under ASME, ATEX, API, and ISO standards, including hydraulic calculations and P&IDs, while performing project engineering tasks beyond discipline scope.
Independently led mid-size complex projects and presented simulation-based analysis to client stakeholders, shaping operational- and safety-critical design decisions. Developed conceptual and basic engineering deliverables including hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, and plant operation manuals, and acted as a cross-functional process reference supporting instrumentation and EHS teams.
Quality Control Analyst
MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme)
Oct 2016 - Apr 2018 (1 year 6 months)
Became the primary analyst for physicochemical testing across multiple product lines, taking ownership of analysis previously handled by senior staff. Established SOPs, executed HPLC and UV spectrometry within cGMP/GLP standards, and collaborated with QA on deviation investigations and Out-of-Spec events.
