For a cardiology practice in Texas, I manage the Revenue Cycle Management process, from referral review and insurance benefit verification to prior authorization approvals for echocardiograms and pacemakers. I also drive onboarding for new client accounts by structuring processes, training, and service standards.
Earlier at HRMD Management, I structured a team of more than 20 people across Customer Care, Verification, and Prior Authorizations for a behavioral health client. I also contributed to launching an early medical equipment recommendation project based on diagnosis, medical history, and patient need.
