What I'm looking for
I’m a Biomedical Engineer turned BPO Team Leader, driven by analytical thinking and people-centered leadership. I use data-driven decision-making to enhance team performance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Since Oct 2024, I’ve led and supervised an RCM operations team at Health Prime—coordinating workflows, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. I conduct coaching and performance reviews to improve productivity and team execution.
Before that, I led a high-performing BPO team at TaskUs (Aug 2023–Oct 2024), designing coaching and training strategies to boost engagement and retention. I kept KPI alignment with client expectations while working in a fast-paced environment.
