What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or administrative leadership role where I can improve processes, strengthen financial and service controls, coordinate teams, and support sustainable business growth.

I've led administrative and operational management at Cedimusic Vilchis since 2011, supporting an educational organization with more than 250 active students and coordinating 20+ instructors.

I manage income, expenses, billing, payment follow-up, scheduling, enrollments, customer retention, vendors, inventory, maintenance, and team coordination. I also planned and executed the transition to online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through enrollment recovery, promotions, and operational follow-up, I helped grow the student base from approximately 30 to 250 students and increased instrument sales by 50% during peak seasons.
