Juan Jose Jaramillo

I’m a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist and Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, focused on SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. I perform viability analysis of projects, budgets, scope, management, schedules, and project development with self-organized and cross-functional teams. I lead with modern leadership style, active listening, and emotional intelligence to help teams stay focused on fulfillment and well-being.

In my Scrum Master roles at SproutLoud–Ansira (2023 and 2024), I led teams through Agile ceremonies and facilitated teamwork for software development, while driving SAFe and Scrum implementation across the company. I’m responsible for accountability through velocity tracking and say/Do ratios, including a migration from digital AI to Jira and daily sprint health monitoring via burndown analysis to identify and mitigate delivery risks early. I also served as Project Manager Engineer at Apolo (BICA group) and as a Design Project Manager (Freelance), applying Agile frameworks to keep continuous progress and manage 7+ multi-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
