I’m looking to partner with leaders on total rewards and HR analytics—using People Analytics and Power Platform automation to improve pay equity, benefits operations, and employee engagement across distributed teams.

I’ve worked at EY Global Delivery Services supporting distributed teams across Europe and LATAM, focused on Total Rewards and HR analytics.

In Spain, I serve as a Strategic HR & Rewards Partner, advising leaders on organizational design, retention strategies, and data-backed market competitiveness, while aligning local HR policy implementation with internal equity.

Before that, I ran end-to-end benefits and compensation operations for multi-regional teams, built HR automation with Power Automate, AI Builder, and SharePoint, and created Power BI dashboards to track recruitment KPIs and attrition risks.
