I also supported EU Pay Transparency readiness through compliance documentation, job evaluation, pay-criteria documentation, and salary-structure development.
At Swiss Medical Group, I led the rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and designed the company’s first formal annual salary review for 10,000+ employees. I also developed a job evaluation methodology to standardize role assessment across 1,500+ positions.
