I created operational systems, SOPs, booking workflows and quality-control processes that improved accountability and reduced inefficiencies. I also built lasting client relationships through personalised communication, feedback processes and thoughtful escalation management.

I've taken a science-backed botanical skincare range from concept to commercial launch, coordinating formulation, compliance, sourcing, packaging, pricing, brand identity and market positioning for an eight-product line. I'm also exploring UK expansion through an Amazon FBA partnership model.

Across my career, I've recruited, trained and mentored teams, developed detailed training documentation, managed suppliers and budgets, and balanced multiple priorities independently. I'm looking to bring this practical operations and relationship-building experience to a remote, hybrid or international team.
