I’m a contact center and customer service-focused professional who enjoys learning in different areas and staying consistent with objectives and work standards. I bring practical experience from customer-facing roles and operational support tasks.
In food service, I worked as a fast food chef, waiter, kitchen assistant, and cashier, building strong discipline around food handler obligations and daily service routines. This experience strengthened my ability to stay responsible, competitive, and customer-oriented under pressure.
Currently, I work as a BPO Agent for a LATAM contact center, handling Portuguese chat support and back office responsibilities. I also support airline tool management, applying a structured approach to solving requests and maintaining service quality.
Alongside my professional work, I’m studying mechatronic engineering and completing training in conservation and climate adaptation at the local level. My goal is to keep improving through motivated, cross-functional learning and to contribute to teams that value reliability and continuous growth.
