What I'm looking for
I’m a Remote Application Support Specialist with nearly two years of experience supporting ERP software for construction equipment rental companies across Colombia. I resolve 10–30 incidents per day through chat, email, and remote desktop tools, prioritizing accurate diagnosis, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
I’m comfortable deploying and maintaining applications on AWS-hosted Windows environments, including installing ERP modules for new customer setups. I also perform database updates and document solutions in a way that helps users and teams reuse proven fixes.
In my recent role, I diagnosed and corrected workflow issues in quotations, returns, invoicing, billing, and inventory caused by incorrect user procedures. By guiding users through the correct workflows and building a knowledge base with screenshots and technical notes in Mantis, I help reduce repeated operational errors.
