I’m a bilingual IT Support and Help Desk candidate (English C1 / Spanish Native) with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. I focus on first-line support that restores POS operations quickly and keeps restaurant workflows moving.
In 2024 with a Local Restaurant in New York, USA, I delivered remote/user-facing help in English and provided bilingual customer support. I configured and maintained POS terminals and network printers, diagnosed connectivity issues, and handled troubleshooting for touchscreens while performing preventive maintenance and technical inventory management.
Alongside my current Information Systems Engineering studies (3rd Semester in Progress), I’m pursuing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and building fundamentals with CompTIA ITF+. I bring a strong technical foundation in networking, operating systems, and databases, and I’m actively seeking Remote IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Remote Desktop Support opportunities.
